Our Policy
Ongoing Monthly ClassesIf I am not enrolling in a one time Playdate, I understand that these classes are ongoing monthly classes and that my credit card on file will be automatically charged each month. If I choose to disenroll, I understand that I must make the request in writing (email cms@communitymusicstudios.com) 30 days prior to the disenrollment or my credit card may be charged for the month ahead.
Missed Classes
I understand that if I miss a class, I will be able to make it up by attending a scheduled make up class while I am still enrolled. I understand makeup classes are based on availability and not guaranteed. It is recommended to limit absences/reschedules. Community Music Studio does not keep track of attendance and credits/refunds are not issued for missed classes. If Community Music Studio must cancel a class, a separate make-up class opportunity will be scheduled at a later date.
